The Moscow Kremlin

 

The Moscow Kremlin is the most famous Kremlin in Russia. Kremlins actually means citadel, and are found in many other cities in Russia.

The Moscow Kremlin includes four palaces and four cathedrals, surrounded by the great Kremlin wall together with the Kremlin Towers. This complex serves as the official residence of the president of Russia.

The Moscow Kremlin has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1990.

Opening Hours

Daily 10 AM - 5 PM (Closed on Thursdays)

Ticket Offices

Ticket offices are opened at the Kutafiya Tower, in the Aleksandrov Gardens, the Armoury Chamber and Cathedral Square.

Ticket offices are open daily, except Thursdays, from 9:30 to 16:30.
